Lillian Linderman 88 of Harbor Springs passed away March 3, 2013 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey.

She was born July 14, 1924 at Van, Mi. to Edward and Florence (Schultz) Hunt. She attended Pellston schools and graduated from Pellston High School in 1942.

On May 28, 1947 Lillian married Nathan Linderman and the couple made their home in Ajo, Arizona and several other cities prior to moving to Harbor Springs in 1957. Nathan preceeded her in death in 1995.

Lillian worked as a dental assistant in Petoskey for many years prior to retiring. She enjoyed flower gardening and dancing but her greatest joy was being with her grandson.

Lillian is survived by her son James and his wife Mary Jo of Harbor Springs, daughters Gerri Harrison (Roger) of Tucson, , Patricia Gumfry (Jerry) of Las Vegas, grandchildren Chad Linderman of Harbor Springs and Katrina Newman of Denver.

She was preceeded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Friday March 8th at 11:00 AM at Stone Funeral Home in Petoskey. Pastor Edward Warner will officiate. Interment will take place in the spring at Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10-11:00 AM on Friday.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Little Traverse Bay or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation. Envelopes will be available at Stone Funeral Home.
