Alice brought delight into any situation. When I began conducting Sunday Services at Tendercare last summer, a friend had told her I would be coming, and Alice warmly welcomed me with a smile, an outstretched hand, and kind words. Her positive outlook on life during our few conversations and her consideration of people around her made everyone feel good! I am sad that we had so short a time to get to know each other, but I will always happily recall the quality, joy, and just plain goodness that I saw in Alice. I know you are still smiling just beyond our sight, Alice, and now you see the Father, Son and Spirit that are the Source of all joy.

The loss of a cherished loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are family and friends who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. He is the God of all comfort. God will comfort you during this difficult time of grief. Our prayers are also with you and your family.
