Barbara Graham-Lena

Barbara Graham-Lena, 68 of Burt Township, passed away on March 20, 2018 at the Villa at the Bay in Petoskey, MI.

Barbara was born on September 29, 1949 in Windsor, Ontario Canada, the daughter of Robert Graham and Yvonne (Clendenning) Graham.  Her family moved to Warren, MI in 1957.  In the early 1960’s the family moved to Dearborn Heights, MI, where Barbara attended and graduated from Lowrey High School in  Dearborn, MI.  On December 4, 1993, she married Joe Lena in Monroe, MI, where they lived and worked until their retirement in 2004.  Barbara’s dream, was to always live up north, so after their retirement, that is exactly what they did.  They moved to Cheboygan, MI., where they made their home.

Barbara enjoyed scrapbooking, graphics, reading, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends, and on occasion going to the casino.

Barbara is survived by her husband Joe, son Brent Lena, brother Robert (Janet) Graham Jr., sister-in-law Barbara (Billy-deceased) Graham, aunt Mary Wolfe, uncle Ross Clendenning, nieces and nephews Nick (Danielle) Graham, Sr., Kelly (Ray) Denison, Anthony (Amy) Graham, Christine (Jeremy) Watkins, and 5 great nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, brother John “Billy” Graham, and aunt Pat Tillman.
