Jacqueline M. Cobb, 65,  formerly of Chesterfield, MI entered into heaven on Monday, July 18, 2016 at her home in Pellston.

 

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the Northern Michigan Bible Baptist Church. Pastor Rusty Chatfield will officiate.  Visitation will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and 6:00 - 8:00pm at the Nordman-Christian Funeral Home in Cheboygan, MI and again on Saturday at church from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm

 

Jackie was born in Detroit on May 26, 1951 to Thomas and Audrey (Baller) Maison.  She grew up in Harrison Township where she attended parochial school.

 

On Oct. 11, 2002 Jackie married Chester Cobb at the Northern Michigan Bible Baptist Church in Alanson, MI.  The couple made their home in Chesterfield.  Jackie was employed as a waitress for most of her life in the Macomb County area.  Jackie and Chet had just recently moved to their  vacation home in Pellston.  She enjoyed cooking, adult coloring and being surrounded by her family.  She was a member of the Northern Michigan Bible Baptist Church. 

 

Jackie is survived by her husband, Chester; combined children, Tammy (Donnie) Kershner of Ft. Lawn, SC, Dolores Brown of Phoenix, AZ, Richard (Tammy) Schleeter, Jr. of Farmington Hills, MI, Rory (Krystal) Schleeter of Millington, MI, Matthew Voracheck of CO, Scott Voracheck of CA, Dana (John) Toth of Chesterfield, Thomas Cobb of Pellston, Rachel Cobb of Troy, MI; twenty three grandchildren; one great grandchild; mother, Audrey Maison of Indian River; Siblings, Larry (Karen) Maison of Seattle, WA, Kathy (Joe) Hofbauer of Boyne Falls, MI, Gary (Lynn) Maison of Harrison Township, MI, Debbie (Ken) Newmann of Indian River, Cheryl (Mike) Ptak of Harrison Twp., Noreen (Paul) Baranowski of MS, Kim Maison of Indian River; several nieces and nephews.  Jackie was preceded in death by her grandson Robert Schleeter and her father, Tom Maison.
