Jodi Lynn Wilson

Jodi Lynn Wilson, age 35, of Mackinaw City passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017. She was born October 26, 1981 in Cheboygan, the daughter of JoAnn (Valot) Tryban and Brian Wilson.

Jodi was a loving, caring, outgoing and generous person who made friends wherever she was. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, giving her creations as gifts to her family and friends. 

Jodi was the proud mother of three sons who she loved more than anything on earth, Caleb and Blaine Waldie and Collin Maves. She is also survived by her parents, JoAnn of Mackinaw City and Brian of CT, her sisters, Nicole (George Reyes) Wilson of New York, Gennie (Matt) Groover of Petoskey and Alisa LeBlanc of Brimley, her brother, Trevor Batho of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, her grandfather, Clem Valot of Mackinaw City, her beloved nieces and nephews, Daisy and Liam Groover, Santo Reyes, Brianna Wilson and Timery LaCroix and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Robbie Tryban and Daniel Wilson, grandparents, Shirley Valot, Carol Beck and Blackie Wilson, her uncle, Jerry Valot and her aunt, Lynn Wilson.

A memorial service will take place at the Nordman-Christian Funeral Home today, Monday, June 12 at 2:00 PM with the family greeting friends one hour prior to the service. Pastor David Wallis will officiate. Memorial contributions may be directed to her family.
