Louise (Walker) Rogers

Louise Rogers was called home Wednesday morning, July 1, 2015 at 9:09 am.

Louise retired from the Jackson County Youth Home in the early 90's. She was also one of the original members of Lily Missionary Baptist Church. She had seven kids, and was preceded in death by her husband Wyatt Rogers Sr, and son Irvine Rogers; who died on her birthday Dec 3, 2007.

She is survived by her six children, Wyatt Rogers Jr and wife Eleanor (Jackson Mi), Peggy Rogers, Larry Rogers, Linda Glaspie (Earnest Glaspie-Deceased) (Petoskey Mi), Roxie Scott and husband Billy, and Dashiel Rogers daughter/granddaughter. There is a host of grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, friends; Louise was a loving mother of many.  

There will be a funeral service at Landmark Baptist Church, 1182 Kemp Rd, Petoskey Mi, Tuesday July 7, at 11:00 A.M.

There will also be a Memorial Service in Jackson, MI., Tuesday July 14, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Lily Missionary Baptist Church, 1117 G. W. Wade Dr,
Jackson, Michigan. 49201.
