Marsha Diane Bouters

Marsha Diane Bouters passed away on June 25, 2016 in Charlevoix, MI following a brief illness.

Marsha was born on March 29, 1954 in Kalamazoo, MI to Myron and Marilynn (Broadhurst) Bouters. Marsha and her family moved to Traverse City, MI in 1967 and she graduated from Traverse City High School in 1972. Marsha lived in Boyne City, MI for the past 25years where she enjoyed being involved with her nephews and great-nephews who were the love of her life. Marsha adored her nephews and was so proud to be their Aunt Marsha. During the past few years, Marsha enjoyed providing friends and family with craft projects that were anticipated and appreciated by all who received them.

Marsha is survived by her partner of 30 years, Deb Meert, her brother Richard (Gayle) Bouters of Boyne City, nephew's Christopher (Melissa) Bouters of Boyne City, Timothy (Janese) Bouters of Lansing, MI, great nephew's Tyler, Samuel & Alexander Bouters of Boyne City, nephew Evan (Amy) Behling and their children Alexander & Isaac of Muskegon, MI, niece Marne Behling Darby and her children Makayla & Mason Darby of Holt, ML And the Meert families of Ft. Wayne, IN., of Grand Rapids, ML, and Plainwell. Ml.

Marsha was preceded in death by her parents and beloved nephew Mark Darby.

At Marsha's request, a Casual Memorial service will be held at the home of her brother Richard on July 9, 2016 at 1:00pm with Pastor David Behling followed by a gathering of family and friends. The address is 126 W. Cedar St., Boyne City, MI.
