Muriel Esther Marshall, 79 of Burt Township, passed away on August 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by family.
Muriel was born on March 3, 1938 in Lincoln Park, MI, the daughter of Laura Warner and Howard Lemon. She grew up in Lincoln Park and attended Lincoln Park High School. In the mid-1950's she married Harold Trudeau and they raised their family there in Lincoln Park. Harold passed away in 1990. Muriel later went on to marry Larry Marshall on March 4th, 1998 in Las Vegas, NV. Muriel was a housewife and a bank teller, she enjoyed wood carving, camping, and she loved fishing. She was a member of the Cheboygan Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Muriel is survived by her husband Larry, her daughters Cynthia Trudeau and Sandra Lindsey, her grandchildren Heather, Tara, Rebecca, Bennjamin, Krissti, and Johnny, and several great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Harold Trudeau, her daughter Laura Trudeau, and her siblings Thirza Bauser, Don Lemon, Earl Lemon, Glenna Dukeminier, and Marilyn Ovanic.
A funeral mass will be held at Cross in the Woods Catholic Church on August 10th, visitation starting at 10:00am, funeral at 11:00am. Father Michael Haney will officiate.
