Rosalie (Kowalski) Hampton

Rosalie Hampton, age 82 of Boyne City, Michigan died on June 28, 2015 at her home.

A memorial mass will be held Friday July 3, 2015 at Saint Matthews Church in Boyne City at 11:00 am with Father Dennis Stillwell will officiating.
 
Rosalie was born December 25, 1932 to Phillip and Rose Kowalski.  She grew up in a large loving family with six siblings.  She attended Catholic school and graduated from Alpena public, she furthered her education and became a LPN, She had her license in nursing and donated her time to the Boyne Area Free Clinic until she was too ill to participate.
 
She married Jack William Hampton on January 12, 1952.  They had four children Angela Hampton Cyr, Karla (Pete) Valler, Sandra (Jeff Howery) Hampton, Patrick (Julie Cobrea) Hampton.  As well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.
 
She was a member of Saint Matthews Church as well as the Eagles in Boyne City.  Rosie loved gardening, sewing but most of all nursing, she remained passionate for the care of people.
 
A luncheon will be hosted on July 3, 2015 beginning at 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Eagles in Boyne City.
