So sad to hear that we lost Stu. Being Antiques Dealers, my wife and I would see Stu at Auctions, Estate Sales, etc. He would always have something cleaver to say that made my day more complete. Remembering him being witty, funny and always kind. He will sorely be missed.
He was just one of a kind. My thoughts are with his family.

We met Stuart a few years ago while "garage saleing". We knew if Stuart was there before us, that all the good stuff was in his car. He traded stories of his finds with Harold, who had almost the exact same interests-guns, bows, anything nautical and anything they could resell and make a few bucks. We always appreciated his wit and sense of humor and will miss him terribly when "garage saleing" comes back in the spring. We are so sorry for your loss. Stuart was truly a good and honest man.

Pat and I pass on our condolences to the family. Stu as we knew him was a fellow picker friend of ours. Known him for about 12 years. Met stu at our yard sale back then and Pat and I liked him right from the start. Like all picker's he was always chasing that "wow" factor. Worked with him at Dunagain's Antiques in Boyne City and then at our own antique store in East Jordan. May he become the head picker in Heaven. Will Miss ya buddy at the sales.

Stu, has been a wonderful neighbor and friend. The picture of him is perfect. He always had a smile and a wonderful sense of humor. He would always take a few minutes to chat, we will miss him. He was patient and kind with all the neighbor hood children, and loved to do little things to make them laugh.
Our love goes out to the family during this difficult time.
