Celestine Kay (Ward) Young

Celestine Kay (Ward) Young , 64, of Alanson, Michigan, passed away on September 14, 2019, in Petoskey, Michigan.

Celestine was born in Harbor Springs, Michigan on February 24, 1955. She went to school at Harbor Springs High School in Harbor Springs, Michigan. She married John Charles Young on October 16, 1976, in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

She retired to Punta Gorda, Florida for the winters and spent her summers at home in Michigan.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, John Charles Young; parents Leonard and Dorothy Ward and sister Sharon Ward.

Celestine is survived by her son, Bert Tyler (Kimberly); and sisters Debra (Carl) Norris, Sharalen (Don) Greenwell; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pleasantview Township Hall, 2982 Pleasantview Rd, Harbor Springs, Mich. May 23, 2020, from 1 to 5 pm.
