Charles A. “Chuck” Jett, age 46 of Cheboygan passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey. He was born July 26, 1971 in Cheboygan, the son of Charles and Rayola (Vieau) Jett and graduated from Cheboygan High School in 1990. On December 5, 1997, Chuck married Cynthia Kelley.

Chuck had worked as a cook at Cunningham’s Restaurant in Mackinaw City for over 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing his X-Box and pool. He was known for his joking personality and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his wife Cynthia of Cheboygan, five children, Alyssa Jett of Alanson, Charlie (Sarah Dotski) Jett, Alexander Jett, Chloe Jett and Ella Jett, his mother, Rayola Jett and his brother, John (Asta) Jett, all of Cheboygan and many nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be directed to Chuck’s minor children for their education fund. Arrangements are being handled by the Nordman-Christian funeral Home.
