Just thinking of the Lawrence family and wanted you to know that prayers are going up for all of you. We never did get to meet James, but knowing Rob as we do, we are sure that he was a wonderful father to Evan and also a great husband to Amanda and an amazing son to his parents. Our hearts go out to you at this time.

Jim and Amanda moved in across the street from us on Rawlins. We became close friends and shared many happy times together. From singling their roof to birthdays and holidays.
Jim helped reach our grandchildren to skate out in the prairie rink.
He was a fantastic dad and always so patient and kind to all the children. They all loved him and always wanted him to play street hockey with him.
Jim had a kind and compassionate soul. He was always willing to help out.
We thought of Jim as another adoptive son and we are so very saddened by his passing.
Rest in peace, Jim

I have known the Lawrence family my entire life, and words can't describe how awful I feel for everyone. Jamie was one of the friendliest people I've ever known. You could always expect a smile and a kind word, and he'd never fail to deliver.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Our family all Love Jamie. He was born a few days after our Twins Lori and Lisa in Sault Ontario Hospital. Are children Grew up together. Playing and just having fun. You are now in Heaven with Lisa looking down on us. It is so hard to feel at this time how Good God is. But he is Good.

Dear Friends Kay and Bob, My heart aches for you both and James Family at this most difficult time. Kay we have had many many conversations over the years about life and death. I know each of you are strong in your faith! That faith will get you through this. So many many friends you have that are thinking of you at this time and also James as he continues his journey. Call if you need anything at all! WE are all part of the "Holy Comforter" that the Bible speaks of. In Love and Light, John J. Jobes for the Jobes Family 83

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him, I know what a great guy he was as his sister Kayce, my good friend, talked about him often. She adored him and she told me often what a great dad and guy that he was. I am so sorry for your loss and am thinking of you all.

So very sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was a student at Brimley High when I was doing my student teaching. He was just one of those kids that you immediately know was someone who everyone liked, because he had a personality as big as Lake Superior.
He was one of my favorite students.
My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. You are all in my prayers.

Jim you were such a blessing to our family. Always willing to give a hand on anything ever asked of you. Even down to cleaning the horse barn with My dad. And we all know that is NOT your thing! 😉
More important than that, you were such a great father to Evan. You have made him into such a nice well mannered Christian boy.
We all love you and we will miss you more than you know.
