Julius D Kowalski

Julius David Kowalski, age 59 of Boyne City passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at his home.

Julius was born on June 28, 1959 the son of Julius and Margaret Kowalski.  He attended Boyne Falls High School and was very active in Basketball.

Julius was always a car guy and loved riding around looking for special cars with his soulmate Cindy for the past fourteen years.  His passion was working on cars and other handyman jobs.  Julius loved meeting the guys for coffee in the morning to talk cars. 

Julius is preceded in death by his parents Julius and Margaret Kowalski; younger brother Darryl Kowalski and brother-in-law Patrick Mullins.

He is survived by his daughters Danielle and Kiersten Kowalski; soulmate Cindy Anderson; sisters Julia Morrow, Kathleen Mullins and Mary Jo Jaroneski; brother-in-law Vincent Jaroneski.

Julius loved talking about cars, trucks and sharing his knowledge them.  He was a quiet homebody type of man that enjoyed life.  He will be missed by all he came to know.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Monday, January 7, 2019 at Stackus Funeral Home in Boyne City with a gathering of family and friends being held Monday from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
