Karen Beth (Robinson) Veraldi passed from this life on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at her home.  Karen’s family will remember and celebrate her life at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13th at Stone Funeral Home; Dave Crumbaugh will officiate.  Karen’s family will begin receiving friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m.

She was born Karen Beth Robinson in Petoskey on February 14, 1964 to Dorman Jack and Doris Joann (Webb) Robinson.  Karen was raised in Bay Shore and attended Charlevoix Schools.  She was a graduate of Charlevoix High School, Class of 1982.

Not long after High School, Karen began working for Northern Michigan Hospital.  Over the last three decades Karen worked for multiple departments and made many friends.  Most recently Karen was employed by McDonald’s in Petoskey, she adored her job and the people with whom she worked daily.  
She was a wonderful hostess, cook and baker, she also enjoyed needle work and painting.  For many years Karen had been active in Alcoholics Anonymous; her warmth and genuinely kind spirit aided her in helping others who were in need of love and guidance. 

Karen’s presence will be forever missed by her daughters, Krystal Winter-Barnes of Detroit and Jessica Winter of Summerville, SC., her grandchildren, Aniyah Winter-Barnes and Bowen Lee Eichelberger, her siblings, twin sister, Kathy Kehrer of Alpena, Lorri (Tom) Nelson of Lebanon OR., Larry Robinson of Mancelona, Nate Robinson of Petoskey, Mark (Maureen) Robinson of Mancelona, Dan Robinson of Central Lake, and Chuck (Becky) Robinson of Ludington, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and by an infant brother, Michael and by her husband Frank Veraldi.
