Melinda and family, I was a dorm student at NCMC from 1982 to 1985I just learned of your mom's passing. She was such a wonderful person. I actually saw her summer 2017. So sorry for your loss.

Aunt Madeline was the best. I remember, fondly, camping at Petoskey State Park in the summer when I was little and having breakfast in Aunt Madeline's camper with my cousin Travis. My dad, Dennis, loved her so much. Thoughts and prayers to all of her family and friends.

Mom Hammontree, I will always remember your beautiful smile! What a wonderful photo of you. Debbie was one of the first friends I met when I moved to Petoskey in 1977 and I know how much you have missed her, as well as myself. You were "mom" to so many people and made a huge difference in this world. Melinda, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Melinda and Family:
I was saddened to hear of your mom's (grandmother's) passing. I will remember her as a kind and caring person who was so very supportive of her family members, and her love for all of you certainly showed. I hope the wonderful memories you have will help to lessen your grief.

May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special, so giving will never be forgotten. May He who knows your sorrow provide peace. My heart and thoughts are with you all.

Rest in Peace Aunt Maddie going to Miss Our 4th of July Parade in the Alanson Parade in the Nova named after my mother " AL "SS" BEE. The day I was born and lived next door I was always your "Davy Baby" and always have been. Say Hello to the others that went before you as you have missed Debbie since she left us in 1986. Not sure if I will do the parade again but if I do it will be in your memory and will miss the Red, White and Blue you wore each year.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Ms.Hammontree. I met her when I was a student at NCMC and she was the telephone operator. I spent many days/evenings talking to her. She always made me smile. It’s been 26 years since I left there but I never forgot her.

Melinda: I am Howard Mottor's brother, and Den Rulason called to let us know about your Mom passing away. We were sorry to hear the news. Howard thought so much of your Mother. He and my sister Alice had great times that they shared on different trips. They had lots of funny stories to tell. We saw your Mother when Alice passed away and enjoyed spending some time with her. On occasion we would call her and she was always so glad to hear from us. I'm sure you and your families have lots of good memories also. We wanted to let you know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Richard and Sue Mottor - Avon, Indiana
