Pamela Hiller DeMuth

Pamela Hiller DeMuth, 55, of Cheboygan, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2017 at home.

As a longtime resident of Cheboygan, she truly loved the small town life.  Pam was born September 27, 1961 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the daughter of Joseph and Sharron (Anderson) Hiller.  She had been employed as a licensed practical nurse at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital and most recently the Mackinaw Straits Health System in St. Ignace.  Pam gave her all when it came to taking care of others.  She was not just a hard worker, she was compassionate and truly loved caring for others.  Her children were the light of her world.  Pam was a people person, who was happiest when surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones.  Among the many crafts she enjoyed, crocheting, sewing, and making homemade hand towels were her favorite.  She also enjoyed collecting buttons and spending time with her pal Bosco.

Surviving are her children, Sarah DeMuth of Mt. Pleasant, Sam DeMuth of Lansing, and Jake (Monte) DeMuth of Grand Rapids, four siblings, Brad (Paula) Hiller of Cheboygan, Sue (Jack Carr) Hiller of Cheboygan and Chad (Anne) Hiller of Grand Rapids, and Lori Hiller, and her longtime companion Richard Leblac.

She was preceded in death by her parents

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00am, with the family greeting friends beginning at 10:00am, at the Nordman-Christian Funeral Home in Cheboygan.
