Sally Ann Herzog

Sally Ann Herzog (Jedlicka) died peacefully at home in Petoskey, MI at the age of 91.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Eugene Herzog. She is survived by her 8 children; Paula Herzog of McKinny, TX, John Herzog (Cat) of Falmouth, ME, Joan Herzog of S.Portland, ME, Mary Carter (Ed) of Nashville, TN, Christopher Herzog (Justine) of Fenton, MI, Teresa Herzog-Mourad (Roger) of Ann Arbor, MI, Vincent Herzog (Kelley), of Falmouth, ME, Stephen Herzog (Steven Field) of Minneapolis, MN. She had 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. 

Sally was exceptional. Her generosity of spirit and determined cheerfulness guided her in all things. Her enthusiasm for life and her sharp wit added life to every party. There are not enough words to express the fun and adventure she shared with her adoring husband, family, and many friends. She inspired all she met to make every day a good one. She was that rare person who truly made the world a better place. 

Remember her as she would hope: Plant a tree, donate to the Nature Conservancy, raise a glass and toast with others, sing a song, share a laugh, and write often.
