Val was one special lady. Good friends with my parents Lee and Marion Hunt and our memories go back to when they were living down state. Val was very thoughtful, and I still have the earrings she gave me for High School graduation. Lots of fun memories in Hidden Hamlet and also in Birchwood. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I first met VaLaura through the cooking classes that she arranged at Birchwood and was always impressed by her professionalism and thoroughness regardless of the project at hand. VaLaura was somewhat of a fixture here at Birchwood and her absence will be sorely felt. My heartfelt sympathy to those who loved and cared for this lovely lady. Sandra Gay
