Alice Joyce (Taylor) Archer

Alice Joyce Archer (Taylor), 86 of Carp Lake, Michigan passed away on September 20, 2020 after a short and sudden illness.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents Carl and Alice Taylor; her husband Norris Archer; her siblings Lila, Ella, Zelda, George, and Mary.

Alice was born on October 12, 1933 in Mackinaw City, Michigan to Carl and Alice Taylor. She graduated from Mackinaw City High School in 1951.

On February 19, 1955, she married Norris Archer in Levering, Michigan and they were together for 62 loving years until his passing in 2017.

Alice is survived by her sons Terry (Debbie) and Kevin (Mary); her five grandchildren: Nikki, Kristen, Chris, Kelly, Nick; and her nine great-grandchildren; Siblings, Aggie, Dorthy, Earl, Ida, Carl, Rose, and Donna.

Those wishing to make a charitable donation in Alice's memory are suggested to do so to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Judes Children's Hospital.

At this time there will be a private family memorial and interment at the Carp Lake Township Cemetery.
