Angela Darlene Hammons, age 78 of Petoskey passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025.

Angela was born on March 25, 1947 in Shelby County, KY the daughter of Kenley Allen and Evelyn Dee (Hardwick) Dishon. Angela worked in sales support for State Farm Insurance for many years. She loved Coca Cola, Elvis, old movies, classic TV comedies, shopping and decorating her home. Most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by son Robert (Marci) Hammons of Petoskey; granddaughters Mya and Ema; sister Linda (Richard) True; and two nieces.. Angela is preceded by her husband Robert L. Hammons and sister Kathy who died as a child.
