Audrey Lucille Thompson

Audrey Lucille Thompson, 71, of Boyne City, Michigan, passed away at her home on November 18, 2025.

Daughter of Harold and Wanda (Leist) Thompson, Audrey was born on February 23, 1954, in Petoskey, Michigan. She was the youngest of seven girls. Audrey grew up in Boyne City and attended Boyne City Public Schools and graduated from Boyne City High School.

She had a long career at Lexamar on the production line.

Family and friends were the center of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them. 

She cherished her faith, regularly attending church and bible studies as a devoted member of the First Baptist Church.

She had a heart full of kindness and a smile for everyone.

She is survived by her daughter Stacy (Kyle) Fitzpatrick; sisters Ruth Holmes, Bernice McPherson, and Thelma Thompson; grandchildren Collin Fitzpatrick, Cameron Fitzpatrick, Gavin Hernandez, and Lauren Hernandez; along with many nieces and nephews.

Audrey is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Wanda Thompson; daughter Barbra Hernandez; and sisters Evelyn Thompson, Helen Thompson, and Wilma Proctor.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
