Charles Arthur Reid

Charles "Chuck" Reid, 84, of Indian River, Michigan, died November 22, 2025, in Petoskey, Michigan. 

Chuck was born April 16, 1941, in Indian River, and is the son of Charles Reid and Barbara Comstock. He went to high school at Inland Lakes and attended college in Petoskey.  

On June 10, 1960, Chuck married Lou Byars. He spent many years as a heavy equipment operator in both Michigan and in Alaska building roads to EPA clean ups. Chuck enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar, snowmobiling, trail riding and spending time with his friends.
