Collin Patrick Babb, 38, of Boyne City, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly early on December 27, 2025.
Collin was known for his big heart and tireless spirit. He stayed busy, always working with his hands and helping others. He always gave of himself freely, and was quick to lend a helping hand. He was skilled in many trades: home, automotive, tech, and culinary. He showed his love through action and generosity. He was wonderful with everyone, and helped create many meaningful memories; especially with his significant other and her son. Collin loved the outdoors and enjoyed skiing, golfing, camping, and fishing. He was always dreaming and planning, deeply valued his family, and will be remembered for his compassion and the love he gave so freely.
He is survived by his partner Jen Nanegos and her son Gabriel; his parents Craig and Corine Babb; siblings Benjamin Babb, Jessica (Shay) Arnold, and Molly (Benjamin) Hausler; nephews Thomas Arnold, Morgan Arnold, and James Hausler; nieces Lauren Hausler and Charlotte Hausler.
Those wishing to make a charitable donation in Collin's memory are asked to consider the Charlevoix Area Humane Society or the First Presbyterian Church of Boyne City.
A memorial service officiated by Rev. Bob Faulman will be at the First Presbyterian Church of Boyne City on July 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
Arrangements are in the care of Stackus Funeral Home.
