Darlene M. Krieg, 72 of Indian River, on Saturday July 31, 2021 Passed away at home in the care of her loving husband and family. Darlene was born May 1, 1949 in Detroit to Roy and Harriett (Burk) Kranick. She graduated in 1967 from Thurston High School in Redford, MI. On July 15, 1978 she married Ronald Krieg in Redford, MI. After working in manufacturing for many years, she worked as a business meeting coordinator for Holiday Inn. Darlene loved gardening, growing anything from vegetables to flowers.

She is survived by her husband Ron, Son Scott Ronald (Jennifer) Krieg, granddaughter Linley, grandson Jack and her brother Don Kranick. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Larry Kranick.
