Delia Shoults

Delia Shoults, 88, of Levering, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at McLaren Hospice House in Cheboygan.

A resident of the Levering area since 1976, moving from California, Delia was born June 2, 1931 in Worcester County, Maryland, the daughter of John and Stella (Burke) Reddish.

Delia was married to Clayton Shoults, who preceded her in death in 1990.  She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide, in California, and after moving to the area, Bortz Health Care in Petoskey and later Procter and Gamble in Cheboygan.

She enjoyed reading and working on jig saw puzzles.

Surviving is a stepson, William (Karen) Shoults of Levering, three step granddaughters, Wendy, Carrie and Denise, seven step great grandchildren, 22 step great great grandchildren, and 1 step great great great granddaughter.

No services are planned at this time, interment will take place at Carp Lake Cemetery at a later date.
