Derby Hayden

Derby Arly Hayden III passed away on June 13th, 2021 at the age of 63.

Derby was born on November 6th, 1957 in Flint, Michigan to Derby and Eleanor (Daniels) Hayden Jr. On April 28th, 1979 he married Christine Mary McLennan in Flint, Michigan. They then moved to Boyne City, Michigan. Derby worked for Jervis B. Webb in Boyne City for 41 1/2 years. He retired on January 4th, 2021.

Derby is survived by his wife Christine, son Derby Arly Hayden IV (Courtney), son Christopher Alfred Hayden (Amanda), mother Eleanor Hayden, and brother Arly Francis Hayden. He also has 6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also a very good friend Mike Rockwell. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father Derby (Joe) Arly Hayden Jr., 2 sisters Dorothy and Dawn, and many aunts and uncles.

We are having a pig roast at Whiting’s Park on June 26th, 2021 at 2:00 PM to celebrate Derby's (Cork) life.
