Dianne (Foust) Paquet

Dianne Paquet, 77 of Carp Lake MI passed peacefully at her home on May 15, 2025. She was born to Martha (Brock) & Jack Foust on September 10, 1947, in Urbana, Ohio.

Dianne married the love of her life Gene Paquet on November 8, 1975, and they raised three beautiful children, Sean, Amy and Adam. 

Dianne worked at CHM in Cheboygan, MI for over 20 years before retirement and spent several years after retirement serving the Wawatam Senior Center. The absolute highlight of her life was becoming a grandmother.  She was an integral part of shaping and guiding them into adulthood. 

She found serenity at Sturgeon Bay with her grandkids. She stood on her own two feet, on her own terms, and loved fiercely. Girls’ night out was something she looked forward to monthly. She loved flowers and gardening, reading a good book, and having deep conversations with the people she loved. 

Dianne is preceded in death by her Father Jack Foust, Mother Martha Brock, Husband Gene Paquet, son Adam Paquet, and daughter Amy Paquet.

Survivors include her sisters Susan (Mike) Reed, Denise (Clare) McNally, Son Sean (Farrah) Paquet, Grandsons Timothy Paquet, Elijah Paquet, Anthony Paquet, Granddaughters, Samantha Paquet, Zoie Paquet, and Kenzie Paquet.

She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews

A visitation is to be held June 28, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a service at 3:00 pm at The Bliss Missionary Church (15 E Sturgeon Bay Trail, Levering, MI 49755).
