Dianne Marie (Adams) Vallad

Dianne Marie (Adams) Vallad, 78 of East Jordan, Michigan, passed away on December 31, 2025, at Grandvue Medical Care Facility.

Daughter of Robert F. and Eleanor Adams, Dianne was born on June 12, 1947 in Petoskey, Michigan. She grew up in Boyne City, Michigan.

On December 24, 1971, she married Arden Arthur Vallad in Evart, Michigan.

She retired from Dura Automotive where she worked over 40 years as a welder and supervisor.

Her greatest joys were her family and especially the grandkids. She loved spoiling them and always had the biggest smile when they were near her.

Dianne was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Boyne City.

She is survived by her sons Jason (David) Vallad-Scholl, and Kelly Vallad; bonus children Todd Vallad, Terri (Steve) Crego, Faith Henson Vallad, Arden Vallad, Jr., Shanna Kirby, and Jarred Zick; sister Patricia King; brother Raymond (Carol) Adams; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Dianne is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Eleanor Adams; her husband Arden Arthur Vallad; sister Helen Adams; and brothers James and Robert Adams.

A funeral service will be held at Stackus Funeral Home on January 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM and burial will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery in the spring
