Dolores M. Krawczewski

Dolores Krawczewski, 91, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the Hospice House in Cheboygan. Dolores was born on October 4, 1931, to Paul and Cora (Budzinski) Kwiatkowski in Cheboygan. She attended Cheboygan Public Schools graduating in 1950. She married Edward Krawczewski on June 18, 1955, at Sacred Heart Church. They were married for 65 years. Edward preceded her in death on November 5, 2020. 
Dolores worked as a legal secretary, secretary at Consumers Power Co. and retired from her last job as a secretary at the Crusoe-Nunley Ford dealership. Dolores was an excellent baker. She made beautiful Christmas cookies. She enjoyed her flower gardens, knitting, crocheting and sewing. She knitted baby blankets and sweaters for her great-great-nephews and nieces. After her retirement, she continued working out of her home as a seamstress making curtains, drapes, pillows and also made 2 of her nieces' wedding dresses. 
Dolores was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Church. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Altar Society and was a Eucharist minister. 
She is survived by her sister, Geraldine (Patrick) Phillips, her brother-in-law, Charles Krawczewski, and numerous nephews and nieces. 
A funeral mass will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on May 26 at 1pm with family greeting friends one hour prior. 
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church.
