George Knight III Obituary

George passed away in his home in Cheboygan, Michigan surrounded by his family after a battle with lung cancer. George is survived by his partner, Monica Knight; his 6 children, Doug (Dana) Knight of Maryland, Nic (Natasha) Knight of Indiana, Chelsea and Ashlea Houts of Florida, Art Knight, Daniel Knight, and the golden child, Peawee of Michigan; grandchildren, Kayanna, Kaylie, Faith, Elijah, Caleb, Alexis, Lenox; his siblings Jan Baksic, Joe Knight, Diane Strong; and a plethora of nieces and nephews.

George was an avid fisherman who spent as much time as possible on the lake or ice. George loved watching his Chicago Bears and smack talking the Lions with his sister. George was very family oriented and will be missed by many.

George was cremated and his family celebrated his life in a private ceremony.
