Glenn Ernst

Glenn Ernst of Harbor Springs joined his loving wife Barbara in Heaven on May 8, 2023. Born on June 7, 1932 in Petoskey, Michigan to Dan and Elvera Ernst, Glenn is a graduate of Petoskey High School, and he and Barb were married for 70 years before she preceded him in death in 2022.  .Glenn is survived by his children Mike, Pat (Neysa), Tim (Nancy), Terry (Lisa) and Dan (Ann), as well as grandchildren; Colin, Carrie, Christopher, Katie, Kathleen and Alison.  He also had three predeceased grandchildren, Danny, Kyle and Simon Ernst.  He is also survived by his sister Marjorie (Gregg) Vanlente and predeceased by his other siblings, Jack and Carl Ernst and Adele Kowalczyk. Services to be held at Holy Childhood Church in Harbor Springs on Saturday, May 13 with viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment at a later date.
