John Gazarek

John Gazarek, age 66 died on November 4th on the bike trail in Mackinaw City.

John was born August 31, 1959, in Detroit michigan the son of John and Jean Sharrow of Charlevoix, where John lived for many, many years, and attended Charlevoix High School.

On June of 1988, he married his Sweetheart,  Shirley Garen in Charlevoix, Michigan. They were best of friends.

He loved bike riding and picking up cans ... most knew him as pop can John or little John.   John was a good soul, good-natured, always smiling and willing to help out however he could. He will sadly be missed.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jean Sharrow from Charlevoix.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley, some relatives in Detroit: Niece, Bonnie Rock; Nephews,  Bill, and Wayne Rock, and by life-long friends, James and Yvette Holm.
