Julia Anna Allaire

Julia Anna Allaire, 96 of Mackinaw City, Passed peacefully on February 12, 2025, with family by her side. She was born in Detroit MI, on August 20, 1928, to John Gasper & Julia (Kovich) Gasper. (Her claim to fame was that she was born the same year as Mickey Mouse.)

Julia Had many hobbies including, going to The Salvation Army AKA “Sally Anns”, Fishing with her very dear Grandson Josh, Going to yard sales, Baking, and spending time with her Grandchildren. She had a beautiful gift of humor and shared it with everyone she could. She smiled often and was full of love and passion. To know her was to love her. Julia will be dearly missed by many.

Julia was proceeded in death by all her siblings. Louis, Stephen, Julius, Helen, George, August, John, And William. Also proceeding her in death are her sons Jimmy Allaire and Chris Allaire, and Grand daughter Lisa Chinpurdy.

Survivors include her children Sue Cook, Laurie McPherson, and LeeAnn Leete. Grandsons Josh Deal, Bradley Mcpherson, and Grand Daughter Angie DeGennaro. Also surviving are her Great grandchildren Christopher Paquin, Jensen Deal, Avery Deal, Jimmy Leete, Julia Leete, And Kara Doeden.
