Katie Elizabeth Wolf

Katie Elizabeth Wolf unexpectedly passed away at home on June 4, 2025.

She was born to John Wolf and Julie (Keller) Wolf on April 23, 1990, in Petoskey, Michigan, and was raised in both Petoskey and Wixom, Michigan along with her big brother Tyler. She graduated from Wixom High School in 2010.

Katie enjoyed many outdoor activities including rock picking, fishing, and hiking in the woods. She loved music and drawing, often doing arts and crafts and jamming out with her daughter Layla who was her whole world. Family was very important to her.

Katie will be remembered each time we see pandas, Stitch, the Green Bay Packers and Toblerone chocolate.

She is survived by her daughter Layla; parents John Wolf and Julie Wolf; brother Tyler; nephew Lane; Grandma Iva Keller; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Katie was preceded in death by her Grandparents Jim and Bea Wolf and Frank Keller, her Uncle Frank Keller, Jr.; and cousins Luke Hofbauer and Amy Wolf Miller.

The family will plan a celebration of life at another time.
