Kim K Schavey

Kim Schavey, 60, of Wolverine, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at home.  She was born April 23, 1960 in Lansing, MI the daughter of Frank and Naomi Kashenider. 

She grew up in Dewitt, Michigan and graduated from Dewitt High School. Kim spent many years in food service for the Wolverine and Cheboygan Senior Centers.

Kim was the mother of 3 children, 4 grand children and Band Mom at Inland Lakes Schools. She loved her labradors and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kim is survived by her life partner of 18 years, Norman Edwards, son Cole (Tina) Schavey, daughters Raven Schavey and Naomi Schavey, grandchildren Remington, Abbigail, Cruz, and Sheamus, and brothers Gregg Kashenider and Gary Kashenider. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lee Schavey.
