Lawrence "Larry" Woods

Lawrence (Larry) D Woods was born January 7 1958 in Detroit Mi and passed away into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on April 5 2025 in Milford Mi.

Larry is survived by daughter Melissa (Michael) and sisters Joyce (Larry) and Gwen (Sam). Larry is also survived by granddaughter Sophia.

Larry was preceded in death by parents Dental and Joan Woods and grandparents John and Neva Wirth.

From a young age Larry had a need for speed and loved flying over the Sand Dunes with his Dune Buggies and racing his race car "Strictly  Business". Over the years he developed a passion for Corvettes and then a love for Harley Davidson motorcycles.

After 46 years with General Motors Larry retired in 2023. Larry was a very hard working man who also went full throttle in his downtime. He was always true to his word and his devotion to God.

Larry will be laid to rest in Indian River Mi where he spent many years camping with his family.
