Lila Mae (Campbell) Anthony

Lila Mae Anthony, 101, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025, at Boulder Park Terrace in Charlevoix, Michigan.

Born on February 25, 1924, Lila was the daughter of John and Leona (Coblentz) Campbell. She was a lifelong resident of Boyne City, Michigan, and graduated from Boyne City High School in 1942.

On August 23, 1942, she married Lyle Anthony. They had a son Douglas and a daughter Dolores.

Lila is survived by her daughter Dolores, six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, ten great-great-grandchildren, six sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lyle, her son and daughter-in-law Douglas and Judy Anthony, her granddaughter Cindy Moore, and eight brothers and sisters.

A private service will take place at Evangeline Twp. Cemetery.

The family expresses their gratitude for the compassionate care provided by the staff of Boulder Park Terrace.
