Margaret "Mickie" Delores (Smith) King

PETOSKEY -  Margaret Delores King, “Mickie” to her friends and family, age 95, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025.  Daughter of the late Bert and Margaret Smith.  Loving wife of the late James Matheson King.  Loving mom of Kathy (Tom) Radom and Matthew (Kim) King.  Loving grandma of Christopher (Aimee) Radom, Stephanie (Brad) McKenna and James and Heather (Erick Jonzon) King.  Loving great grandma of Avery, Ashton and Cate Radom, Bennett, Levi and Joel McKenna, Mateo Salinas, and Isabella and Eren King.   Dear sister of the late Harold Smith, Bert Smith, Ruth Brown and Maude Smith and survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.  Mickie’s family extends its sincere appreciation to those special nurses at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital for their great and compassionate care and to her special caregivers from Comfort Care. Mickie will have the honor of being interred at the Great Lakes National Cemetery next to her husband, Jim.
