Mary N. Perry

Mary N. Perry, 91, of Indian River, passed away Thursday morning, June 3, 2021, at McLaren Northern
Michigan surrounded by her family. Mary was born June 25, 1929 to Archielee and Dora Parrish in
Samson, AL. She graduated from Graceville High School in Graceville, FL in 1947. She married Stanley
Perry in October 1953 in Flint, MI. She moved to Indian River in 1985. She was active in the community,
Indian River Golf Club and enjoyed playing bridge. She was involved in the lives of her children end
grandchildren whom she loved greatly. She will be missed by her family and many friends.  

Mary is survived by her children, Stanley H. Perry, Jr. of Alanson, MI, Laine Reisch (Ricki) of Gobles,
Gregory Perry (Anne) of Wolverine, Christopher Perry of Indian River, 6 grandchildren and 2 great
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Perry, her parents, 2 sisters and a
brother.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to Little Traverse Bay
Humane Society or McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital, Emergency Department.

Cremation has taken place and burial will be at the Shrine Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be
held  Friday, July 2, 2021 at The Cross In The Woods in Indian River, MI. Visitation from 9:30am to
10:30am at the gathering space at the church. Liturgy service to follow. Arrangements are made by
Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Indian River.
