Michael John Jarman

Michael John Jarman, 61 of Cheboygan passed away on March 24, 2025 at his home. Michael was born on August 25, 1963 in Detroit, MI, the son of William Jarman and Ila (Loesel) Jarman. He grew up and attended Cheboygan area schools. Mike had many talents which included being a mason, electrician, and carpenter. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also spent time being a camp cook in in Newfoundland Canada. In most recent years, due to physical issues, he hunted right out of his back door.

Michael is survived by his father William “Bill”, siblings Charles (Rene), Pete (Kim), and Heidi (Siggy), and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his mother Ila Mae.

A funeral for Michael will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Nordman Christian Funeral Home in Cheboygan. Visitation will be from 9-11am, with a funeral service to follow at 11am. Rev Mike Schaedig will officiate. There will be a luncheon at the Eagles following the service at 12:30pm.
