Obituary
Nancy A. Branch (Meikle), age 88 of Capac, Michigan passed away peacefully at Hancock Haven in Cheboygan, Michigan on June 17, 2022 after years of slow decline due to Alzheimer’s. She was the beloved wife of 63 years to Robert James Branch, who passed in 2017. Nancy was the proud mother to her son Paul (Gina) Branch, daughter Pamela (John) McMillan and Caroline Hart. Nancy was also the beloved grandmother of Erin, Christopher, Angela, Daniel, Matthew, Tiffany, Brittany, Jonny, Emmanuel, and great grandson Jack. She was the loving sister of Jim (Carole) and David. Also, sister-in-law to Beth (Bill) Nichols and Bill (Betty) Branch. Nancy’s immediate family will celebrate her life in the summer on the water of the Straits of Mackinaw; her all-time favorite place to sail and spend valuable time with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hancock Haven of Cheboygan or McLaren Hospice, Cheboygan. A very special thank you from Paul and Pamela to the real-life angels of Angel Care of Petoskey, The Brook of Cheboygan, McLaren Hospice of Cheboygan, and Hancock Haven of Cheboygan. Each and every one of these angels will never be forgotten.
