Patricia "Trish" Joy (Ball) Bowra

Patricia Joy Bowra, 69, of Pellston, Michigan, died March 2, 2025, at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey.

Patricia “Trish” was born on March 31, 1955, in Levering, Michigan, the daughter of George and Gladys Ball. She grew up in Levering and graduated from Pellston High School.

On July 14, 2000, she married Kimberly Bowra in Australia. They were happily married until Kim’s passing.

She loved to read and go camping. She also liked to cook and bake. She cherished her family and dearly loved being with her grandkids. Trish was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church in Levering.

Trish is survived by her son Michael (Erica) Heynig; grandchildren Ronald Hosking Jr. (fiancé Rose), Donavan Pearson, Garrett Heynig (fiancé Mackenzie), and Alexandra Pearson; great-grandchildren Brooklynn Bouck, Adrianna Woollard, Gracelynn Hosking and Lucy Heynig; siblings Nancy Kahle, George Ball, Sue (Daryl) Bur, Doug Ball, Becky Thorne, Patrick (Bonnie) Ball, John (Roberta) Ball; and many nieces and nephews.

Trish was preceded in death by her husband Kimberly Bowra; daughter Amanda Heynig; her parents; and siblings Charles Ball and James Ball.

A celebration of her life will take place at a later date, details will be announced through her Facebook page.
