Raymond Ciesinski

Raymond Arthur Ciesinski passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023 after a short illness.  
He was born on September 5, 1939, to Wanda and Arthur Ciesinski.  He was a loving husband to his wife of 58 years, Hilda Ciesinski, and an attentive and protective father to his four children:  Karen (Jeff) Shifferd, R. Michael Ciesinski, Jim Ciesinski, and David (Connie) Ciesinski.  He was a proud grandpa of 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren,  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Hilda, sister Doris Anna Ciesinski, and son Jim.  He is also survived by his sister Aileen Gilmer and nephews Robert and Steven Reiman.  Ray was an avid sports fan, enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Norman-Christian Funeral Home on Saturday, November 4th from 11am to 1pm.  Services celebrating Raymond's life will immediately follow the visitation at 1pm.  Burial will take place at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Cheboygan.
