Dick Harbaugh was my boss at the Traverse City District Office of the Michigan Dept. of Treasury, beginning in 1961. I often think of the daily trips he made from Petoskey. I did not know of his or Eleanor's passings. We exchanged birthday and Christmas cards for many years. He was a great man, and he loved his family. I was fortunate to know his mother, also.
