Roberta J. Vroman

Roberta J. Vroman, 86, of Wolverine, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord. She was born January 15, 1934 in Charlevoix, the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Gill) Duff.  She grew up in Elmira and graduated from Gaylord High School.  On August 22, 1953 Roberta married Ralph J. Vroman in Gaylord. She was a seamstress and enjoyed crafts, sewing, knitting, reading and taking care of others.

Roberta is survived by three daughters, Marjorie (Joe) Smith, Yvonne (Gary) Krumm and Thora Schwalm, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and three sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her parents and one brother.

Roberta's funeral service will be at Stone Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6038 Prospect St., Indian River on  Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 2:00pm, with visitation beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will take place in the spring at  Silver Lake Cemetery in Wolverine.
