Sharon Kay (Ellenberger) Moser

Sharon Kay Moser, age 79, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2021 surrounded by family.

Sharon was born on August 3, 1941 in Petoskey, Michigan to John and Ardith (Knight) Ellenberger. She worked at Northern Michigan Hospital for many years. On November 21, 1970, Sharon married the love of her life, Joe Moser. They raised five sons Mike (Melissa), Patrick (Julie), Dennis (Sandy), Bill (Kelly), Matthew (Tiffany), and adopted daughters Jenae Kondrat and Margie Krussel. Sharon and Joe had 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Sharon loved being surrounded by family and friends. She cherished children and enjoyed teaching children’s church. It was common to find her playing cards and games.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father, John, and mother, Ardith. She is survived by her husband Joe, five children, brother John, sister Judy, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on April 24, 2021 at Northern Michigan Baptist Bible Church, 1833 McMicahel Rd, Burt Lake, MI 49717.
