Stanley “Stan” Albert Greenman, age 87, of Cheboygan, passed away peacefully at home on March 1, 2026.
Stan was born on October 17, 1938, to Herbert and Lula (McCall) Greenman. He was proud to have served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged following his service.
After returning home, Stan dedicated himself to hard work and remained employed until his retirement. In his free time, Stan enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also spent time driving cars for Fernelius Dealership, something he truly enjoyed. Above all, Stan treasured time spent with his family and friends.
On February 11, 1998, Stan married his loving wife, Eileen Donovan, in Florida. Together they shared 28 wonderful years.
He is survived by his wife Eileen; son Scott (Sandra) Greenman; stepchildren, Calvin (Vicki) Cook, Gregory (Gloria) Cook, Edward Cook, and Patrick (Lori) Cook; grandchildren; Amanda (Larry), Megan (Joe), Andi, and Samantha; great grandchildren, Sophia, Michael, Caden, and Kieria. Stan is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, and 5 step-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his Brother John Greenman.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
