Tylor Phillip Wilkinson, 26 of Gaylord passed away on March 24th, 2025. Tylor was born on August 31st, 1998, in Petoskey MI. The son of Alys-Marie St. Amour and Christopher Wilkinson. He grew up in Cheboygan and graduated from Cheboygan High School.
He will forever be remembered for his big smile and caring heart. Tylor enjoyed all the little things that life had to offer and was as selfless as could be. Doing anything for those of which he cared most for. Growing up on the family farm, Tylor had a natural love for animals. Even through the years showcasing many in CCYLP. He was built hardworking and full of dedication. With a passion for HVAC and was nearing the end of his apprenticeship. Nothing brought him more joy than seeing his finished product and especially the appreciation from a happy customer.
Throughout his life, Tylor truly enjoyed sportsmanship of every kind. One of his favorites to play was hockey. He participated in local teams for many years as well as against his siblings at home. He had a thrill for Adventure, typically courageous enough to be first in line! Fond memories of Tylor’s signature “Indestructible Magnifying Glasses” will never be forgotten. Surprisingly, surviving so much ruckus. Random paintball fights, four-wheeling, dirt-biking and most importantly; all the superman stunts he pulled on rickety home-built ramps. He loved to snowboard with friends and never missed an opportunity to longboard or take his bike out for a ride on a nice day. If the weather wasn’t permitting, he’d hop online and game with his pales.
Tylor is loved and deeply missed by his Parents, Alys-Marie St. Amour and Christopher (Tiffanie) Wilkinson. Siblings; Keith (Brandie) Wilkinson, Ashley-Marie (Brent Duffiney) Wilkinson, Dylan Wilkinson, BreAnna Wilkinson, and Laci Wilkinson. Half-Siblings, Ari Eno and Grace Wilkinson. Stepsiblings, Kaylee-Anna Lindeman and Emma Lindeman. Grandmother Elizabeth Ann Wilkinson. Nephews; Dexter Wilkinson, Koda Russ, Octavius Duffiney, and Niece Adrianna Filice. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was greeted in Heaven by his Grandmother Patricia St. Amour. As well as his Grandfathers William St. Amour and Jammes Wilkinson.
Anyone wishing to make a charitable contribution in memory of Tylor should consider the Cheboygan County Humane Society.
With much consideration the family has decided to host a joint Memorial for Tylor with his grandfather, Jammes. On Friday May 9th at the Eagles in Cheboygan, time still to be determined. There will also be a solo Celebration for Tylor on Saturday May 10th. Details to be released soon.
