We only knew Chad (chops) for a short time, but in that short time he taught us how to laugh again, like a true laugh from the gut... His deep never ending love for his wife was inspirational. We truly miss him...

We are so sorry about Chad's passing. Before moving here, we would come up weekends and have a campfire. Larry would bring Chad and Greg over (across the street) to our fire. The boys were quite little at that time, but Chad had a playful way about him. We enjoyed having them at our place. Another fond memory was when Chad worked at Glen's, he would always stop what he was doing to chat. I was afraid he would get in trouble talking, but that didn't matter to him....he was a talker!! Our prayers go out to the whole Charboneau family, as I know each and every one is hurting. May Chad rest in peace in God's arms now. Your friends and neighbors.....

Rachel, I can't even begin to express my sorrow for your loss. While my interactions with Chad weren't numerous, they were all good and full of smiles and laughter. I will always remember his joyful interactions with Koopa so I made a donation to Northern Michigan Animal Rescue Network in his memory. Your family is all in my thoughts. I love you all.

Dear Rachel & Family,
Please know that Chad left a smile on the faces of so many. Hurts to see a good man go - men of his humor and happiness are rare and should be with us for 100 years! Rachel, I am so glad that you have a loving support system. Lean on them as hard as you need to as they will also be comforted in loving on you. Mix laughter with your tears and keep Chad's memories with you forever! God Bless you all, friends and relatives, and grace and peace at this difficult time.
